Structural design and manufacturing of wind turbine blades are the
historic activity of ATV. The first ones measured less of 1m, the longest
produced until now by ATV, measured 32m (rotor of 66m).

Innovative concepts
ATV innovative manufacturing processes allowed the company to be
recognised and admired all over the world as far as blades with advanced
technology are concerned (in particular by the carbon use). Below, one can
find a CITA wind turbine 12 kW equipped with ATV blades 2m12, and a
careening of diameter 4m50, also produced by ATV.

The list is not exhaustive. ATV has the capacity to run structural
studies and make its owns models and moulds. It is possible to develop
blades made-to-measure for customers with specific needs for series of
blades.

Ventilators and Fan Blades
ATV produces blades for antifreeze turns which are to be found orchards
and vineyards in order to protect trees and vines against the frost. These
blades of 2m are entirely made in epoxy carbon and turn at 600 rpm.
Smaller blades (20cm, 75 and 95 cm of radius) are used for industrial
ventilators of smell extraction, to contend with public dumps nuisances for
example.
